The Damian Beisner Memorial Fund
The Damian Beisner Memorial Fund was established in 2022 to honor the memory of Damian Beisner and his commitment to competitive junior sailing.
The purpose of the Damian Beisner Memorial Fund is to encourage and facilitate junior sailors (18 and under) to actively participate in keelboat racing both locally at Lake Lanier and away at regional and national events. Monies in the Fund may be used for training, coaching, equipment maintenance, boat and equipment purchases, class association dues, registration, charter fees, or travel costs directly related to keelboat sailing and racing.
About the Fund
The Fund is administered by a Trustee under the umbrella of the LLSC Junior Sailing Foundation.
It was created through an endowment and ten year pledge from KC and Jen Shannon & Family.
